Second, the mesh should be smooth. The depth of parallelism of the crochets at two ends of the mesh should be controlled within 2mm. During the using process, the mesh should not be mechanically damaged.
Third, the arc crochet should be pressed to the screen but not damage the mesh wire. When the curved crochet screen is tensed, there should be no sliding phenomenon.
Forth, the vertical length of the curved crochet mesh should be no larger than 2mm. The crochet should be straight and the width should be uniform. The thickness of the crochet should be less than 2.5mm.
Fifth, when the ring sieve of the vibrating screen is installed, the inside layer should be along the rotating direction to prevent the materials from being stuck at the joints.
Sixth, regularly check if the coarse mesh, fine mesh and springs are damaged and if the various parts of the body of the machine are damaged due to the vibration. Appropriate lubricants should be timely added.
Seventh, after the normal operation of the vibrating screen equipment, a small amount of material to be screened can be sent to the screen through the inlet. You should first determine the direction of the discharge hole of the materials. Then you can gradually add the materials.
Eighth, different meshed should be used according to particle size, hardness and performance of the materials. When the materials are screened, the materials should be evenly put into the inlet of the machine to ensure the even distribution of the materials on the surface of the screen.
